At Investment Timing Software, we value your privacy as we value our own. With respect for your privacy we will do or not do the following:

• We will not give or sell your name, e-mail address, or any other personal information to another business entity or organization.
• We will send notification of an eminent lapse of your subscription two weeks before the expiration date.
• If you are a PWA 500 Timer subscriber, we will send an e-mail to you when our chart price line enters or exits buying and selling range bands.
• We will send short e-mail messages from time to time announcing new products, information, or articles as they are developed. You can then go to the ITS website to see details.
• At some future time we may send a brief e-mail survey to you seeking information to help improve our service.
